Due to the COVID-19 Outbreak, the ECHO Course 2021 will be held virtually from June 12 to 15, 2021.

Welcome message from the EACTAIC Board of Directors

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care it is a great pleasure to invite you to EACTAIC Echo Course 2021, which will take place from Saturday, June 12 to Tuesday, June 15.

Despite the challenge of the pandemic situation, this year’s program of the online course will respect the tradition of EACTAIC Echo course with the Certification course meeting the educational needs of those who aim at preparing for the EACVI perioperative TEE exam, and the Basic course for the less experienced colleagues. In addition, the Advanced program will present an innovative approach with intraoperative interventional procedures shown by international European and non-European experts from their own centers.

On behalf of the EACTAIC Echo Subspecialty committee and the Board of Directors I look forward to seeing you connected in June.

Fabio Guarracino
EACTA President

All the 3 courses (Basic, Certification and Advanced) are CME accredited – please check the accreditation statements below, in the ‘programme’ section
